Workflow
- Coordinator assigns work to one or more development pods.
- Pods execute planning, testing, implementation, challenge, and verification.
- Shared review panels run when their trigger conditions are met.
- Optional evidence aggregation assembles final artifacts for handoff or audit.
- Coordinator reconciles panel outcomes and routes completion or rework.
Done criteria
- Required pods have completed
- Required panels have emitted explicit states
- Coordinator has emitted a final team workflow state
