Workflow

1. Planner tech lead defines plan and acceptance shape.
2. TDD test writer produces failing behavioral contract.
3. Executor coder implements the change.
4. Optional IaC coder handles infrastructure scope when needed.
5. Adversarial test writer probes for weak or gamed tests.
6. Test verifier emits the final implementation verification state.

Done criteria

• Implementation exists
• Tests and verification are complete
• Pod output is ready for team-level review panels
